E. A. (Win) Winslow is the Executive Director of the Suffolk Foundation. Win has significant experience in non-profit organizations, having served as Executive Director of Isle of Wight Amateur Athletics, Corporate Initiatives Manager for the Alzheimer’s Association, and Western Tidewater Relationship Manager for United Way of South Hampton Roads. The former Community and Government Relations Manager for Ciba Specialty Chemicals, he has served on the boards of the Virginia Chemistry Council, Suffolk Tomorrow, the Suffolk Leadership Academy, Suffolk Festivals, Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Suffolk division, and Smithfield Little Theatre. He is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute, an ISO:9000 certified Lead Auditor and a certified Corporate Community Relations Manager (Boston College). He is a Chuckatuck, VA native and a United States Army veteran.
